I politely asked if she was aware of the issue and said she was and that someone had been called about it but again was very flippant. It took 10 minutes for the young lady to again emerge from outside. I then stopped by to ask about it (after verifying I could literally walk right into their room while they were gone by just pushing on it.). She said her attitude was flippant about the situation but that she had apparently called a maintenance person. They said finally a young lady came in from outside (said it looked like she was talking with her friends for an extended period outside while she was supposed to be at the front desk). They waited 20 minutes to talk to someone at the front desk at about 9pm. The second and final night of our stay one of the other families (a mother and her daughter) figured out that you could open their door by simply pushing on it! Obviously a security concern. I asked about moving when we walked by the same staff people later that evening. You could hear everything.every step.every movement. The room was awesome.then the noise above us began. I was told they were completely sold out. When I found out that we were on the first floor I asked to be moved to the top floor because I had a suspicion noise above us was going to be an issue. The staff who checked us in were awesome.
